I’M Alex, a michigan native who has been living in chicago for the past 10 years. in this time i have attended kendall college culinary school, and have worked in some of chicago’s greatest restaurants doing everything from crafting handmade pastas to tossing a wok in a chinese restaurant. in 2024 I filmed for the cooking competition show America’s Test kitchen: the next generation season 2, which was released in 2025. not to spoil it but i won. this won me a spot as a cast member on America’s test kitchen, which has been on for 25 seasons on pbs. through all of this, I have found a love for private cooking and sharing my food with people in the comfort of their own home.
